Our staff aim to be friendly , caring and efficient. Your first point of contact will be with the reception staff. In order for them to be able to provide the correct advice they will need to ask certain questions before making an appointment for existing patients , referring new patient’s to the secretaries for an appointment time, or seeking Dr Luiz’s advice.

If the call is urgent please tell the staff. It is a great help if we receive a copy of your referral letter via personal delivery, e-mail, or fax. This allows us to triage the urgency of your appointment and provide you with the necessary information prior to the appointment.
